Chef Derek was born all the way over in Winnipeg and was raised in Ontario. He's cooked his way across the country from St. John's to Vancouver! In his spare he times he likes to bike, snowboard, and make bread for his family. He's stoked to combine his love for the ski and snowboard culture with his passion for food!
